the staff were friendly, and the location was walkable to town.
i booked a king room, because the description said only those rooms had a mountain view. when i arrived, the room had no view. the person at the front desk said the description was not a guarantee of the view, and the room was tiny. also, the room had a decorative fireplace with styrofoam logs, a detail i found disappointing.

The pizza at the restaurant inside lacked flavor and appeal, proving a disappointment. the steam room in spa needed constant maintenance, causing disruption. These areas demand immediate attention to ensure guest satisfaction. The pizza's quality requires thorough review, and steam room operations must stabilize through consistent monitoring and prompt repairs.
